I dont mind reading books in translation usually, and I think the autists on here who pretend to know like 15 languages are full of shit.

But Pedro Paramo is not a book to be written in translation, as it is a prose painting of a man's journey through a surreal landscape. It is on the cusp of experimental literature, and as such should probably be read as written.
