>Steinbeck's The Acts of King Arthur

Good stuff. Might I recommend you pick up Tennyson's Idylls of the Kings at some point if you haven't already? Fantastic verse version of the King Arthur tales. I read it right before the Steinbeck and it was interesting to compare the two takes.

Someone recommend me a small to medium single cubbyhole

I've seen her name pop up occasionally, with increasing frequency lately (on lit and otherwise). Can you give me a brief rundown of what her deal is? What does she write about and from what angle? Or I guess just what appeals to you about her that you read so much of her?
>>
>>9433370
So from what I understood her initials came about because her dad was super super smart and ironically funny that he told his wife , let's make a joke , but she wasn't a joke she was super smart as well , and to continue being serious she didn't want to have kids so she never had kids because too much kids are a fucking joke and cancer as fuck that's all I stood so far but supposedly she is super dank

why are you reading marcus and not epicurus or lucretius?

That is the most "I want to get into philosophy so I'll just buy a bunch of books whose names I recognize" stack ever. Don't think I didn't notice that 3 out of 4 have bookmarks stuck in the first 50 pages.

Mao II is based though.
>>
>>9433611
This is mostly true but I should defend myself a little. I've read Mao II a few times and have the bookmark on my favorite passage on p.43. Being and Time, Metaphysics, and Descartes were all for school and I probably wouldn't have bought any of them otherwise. I've completed only Descartes. Kant is for self study and its true that the bookmarks are early on, I think I'm in the early 100s. Most of my philosophy collection is analytic papers from various journals and they're scattered all over my room. I just wanted to look cool by incorporating the right hand side
>>
>>9433285
Have you read Mao I?

Finished Les Mis earlier this year. It was a bitch to get through towards to end but the way that Victor writes of concepts such as beauty is incredible. Also making my way through Utopia.

I'm too lazy to post a picture. I recently bought like 50 books from a book sale. All classics and non-fiction related to my major (History). Currently reading Lolita, then I'll move onto The Master and Margarita, The Stranger, Franny and Zooey, The Sound and the Fury, The Nigger of the Narcissus, and Doctor Zhivago. That should keep me occupied over my summer break.

Nature's End is about pollution leading to an environmental collapse that leads to a pro-suicide political party getting a majority in the US Congress

and nobody from /pol/ would read Saga. It's pro-interracial marriage, pro-gay, pro-trannies, anti-racist, and it depicts child prostitution as a bad thing
