What separates /lit/ janitors from the janitors of other boards?besides enhanced autism

What happened to the ban-happy mod who banned all bait and politics threads?
Need him back desu

I think Hiro has decided to double down on 4chan's "free speech" reputation and encourages jannies to be much more liberal with what threads they allow.
Yes, I agree fellow anons! We need more moderation on this board! It's literally impossible for us to stop ourselves from replying to bait, so we must rely on the mods to save us from our own destructive behavior!

Unrelated shit doesn't belong here
>>9433015
Yes, this is true. 4chan users are total suckers for low-tier bait and need mods to intervene.
This much should be obvious from a cursory glance at any board.

I agree, all the more reason why Hiro is the worst thing to ever happen to 4chan.
/lit/ moderation really enjoys deleting every post you've made on the board because one post was a joke shitpost in a joke thread destined for deletion anyway.
The problem is how haphazard it is. If you want no jokes, ban all jokes. Don't ban one in fifty joke posts, on the one day you actually make your rounds.
Some of them are female, most are easy to trigger leftists that are prune-happy.
