Very good. I'll be stealing this for my poetry collection. Next time don't share your poems on 4chan because people like me will steal them.

There seem to be quite a few spelling mistakes. Also your poem is the epitome of "I'll just write prose and insert random line breaks and that'll make it a poem". Also it's trite as fuck. Also take it to a fucking critique thread (or don't, because it's terrible)
