they're good to gain perspective and have "paradigm shifts". I've been on a bent to read as many self-help books as possible and I recommend the following:

Exactly, it's just about being a certain kind of person that you have to force upon yourself. Not everyone can do that so it's not a great book for someone who doesn't like doing that kind of faking shit.
