Does Dean Koontz have any good stuff?

No not really. Plenty of better options if you just want light-weight suspense.

Could you give me some? That is what I want.

It depends on what you consider good. He is a more christian SK without an equal delivery by the bunch.

Read Patricia Highsmith's Ripley novels, or something by le Carre.

I enjoy Preston & Child a great deal. Their books are the definitely the best of the "giants". Koontz is bad, Lee Child is a fucking Hack, Patterson is gore and rape fantasies and nothing else, Etc, etc, etc.
I enjoyed Relic, the sequel was okay, and Thunderhead. I'm still reading Riptide, and it's okay so far.
I really enjoyed Bangkok 8 by Burdett. It's a little different- same sort of thing but not... standardized I guess. He gets a lot of shit for "Ugh, being a white guy writing about thailand?" which, fuck that, the book is good and there aren't any white protagonists, so I don't know what people fucking want.

What about something more horror?
