There's nothing similar I could think of, but why don't you check out the other novels from Ellis? I heard there's Patrick Bateman in Rules of Attraction, so you might want to check that one out.

I'm about halfway through it & honestly I think it's fuckin' garbage. There are some decent scenes but otherwise it's devoid of any semblance of artistic merit. I hate the rattling off of name brands on every single page. Utter shit. Will not finish.
