I take issue with the idea that other-worldliness necessitates that you don't care about this world.
Presumably belief in religion could make you do care about and do good things in this world, if that's what the religion said you should do.

Half the time Nietzsche's argumentation is just affirming whatever the oher half it's self-contradicting.
To exemplify it, if you take the Will to Power to it's logical conclusion you reach the crucifixion (that is, the entirety of the will liberating its power on the only thing it can, itself, and retaining its existence for that very fact).
