i liked the american psycho movie a lot, ive been told the book was even better

It's not really better; the book is as worthless as the movie. It would serve you well to forget these and spend your time reading something better.

I liked it a lot when I read it, will probably read it again sometime. Very easy book to just keep reading.
Read Imperial Bedrooms recently, was different from Less Than Zero, but also good and a smooth read.

I think he had a sense of mood and atmosphere beyond his years.

It's an impressive book for a college freshman. T b h I'd be interested in reading the more loquacious first draft he said he did before paring it down per a professor's advice.
