Maybe half an hour I think and all I want to do now is go back and do it again. I took a break because I felt like shitposting here but all it's done is make me feel weird and goofy. But I felt really good, just to be centered and not having your mind be full of nonsense and panic.
I'm actually looking forward to just sitting again now and concentrating on breathing and not thinking about memes. It probably sounds stupid but it was genuinely enjoyable.
