Reading more Efficiently

I have these pills of pure, powdered caffeine. I take one (200mg), break it up and rail it. It's nice.

-Take notes if you like that (I don't)
-Set Finish date goals
-Go to the bathroom and take a piss instead of jerking off
-Take cold/medium showers
-Pray to God
-Get 7 hours sleep on schedule each day
-Don't eat junkfood
-Donate to the poor(homogeneous society only)
-Volunteer for poor(homogeneous society only)
-Spend time contemplating your readings
-Take your dog for a walk
-Tell your mother you love her
-Shower before reading
