I believe watching porn is somewhat harmful to (young) men.
But is reading erotica also harmful (to women)?
>>
What in the fuck does "degenerate" even mean? I feel like it's been used so often for so many things that it's totally lost its definition.
>>
yes
no

it doesn't matter though

>it doesn't matter though

It matters to me.

why?

>muh degeneracy
Back to /pol/. Eroticism in literature has always existed to that precise extent that the author could get away with when facing the censors. Furthermore, don't you always ramble on about freedom of expression? Why shouldn't it extend to erotic literature or even pornography? Remember kids: If you ban pornography, you get K-Pop instead. Is there actually a more depressing sights than a bunch of plastic gooks displaying their bodies and pretending the soulless music that accompanies this demeaning charade matters?

I'm considering writing erotic stories, but I can't do it if it harms women.

Eroticism is just an aspiration, and like any vision that promises anything at all it can help or harm if chased.

The textual appreciation of sexuality in general is not especially poisonous to specifically women, no.

How do you think it will harm women
>>
>>9335649
>men watch "porn"
>women read "erotica"

Clearly there's a world of difference. Something to do with patriarchy, I imagine.
>>
it sucks
>>
>>9336289
Because it creates a hetero-patriarchal narrative structure within the culturally idealized norms of our society.

If Brayon could plantain a 4.0 average - absolute perfection - then Sarah's porcelain facebook would forever grace his hearth and home(ownership).

One duck up and it was all over.

Watching porn creates very high expectations of men. Reading erotic lit creates very high expectations of men, too.
