The sheer length, especially in dialogue, plot development, conplexity of characters. Its unlike any book youll ever read. And if youre not into that. Capitlism by her is very informative and possibly the go to book id give to a socialist friend who says capitalism is evil.

The 60 page philosophical dialogue at the end, i must say, i skipped. Very boring. But the rest is just so much different than any science fiction book.

Atlas Shrugged was alright... kind of boring, but it sure gets it's point across. If you're a lefty who's never really understood conservatives, it's a good thing to be aware of. It will make you think a little more positively about capitalism. For me, I have a strong belief in altruism and "do no harm" so her morality didn't make much of an impression on me, but her political ideas are interesting. It is interesting to see how government tends towards corruption.
