I have read both Hyperion and Fall of Hyperion about five times, and they never get old. I like the first one a bit better, but don't belive the "Hyperion is the only good one" Meme.
The books combine good action and Sci-Fi with philosophy and poetry.
Is /lit/ pure once again?

Most humanistic sci-fi I've ever readmaybe except "Solaris".
I read starship troopers at /lit/'s recommendation. It was shit. Will this be the same?
