why is /lit/ so entry level?
The requirement for posting is being able to click all the street signs
Speaking of entry-level, what are some good entry-level books/essay about art?

It takes a long time to read books especially when you are trying to improve as an active reader.

Thank god I quit that shit. Even the best anime aren't remotely as insightful as a good novel. Yet there exist autistic manchildren who have stuck to that medium for decades.
I'm still interested in eroge though.

I think that anime is ok as dumb fun. Literature is certainly a better way to spend time, but sometimes you just need something stupid to laugh at, and anime does that in a more enjoyable manner than shitty literature.

On the web settings you can choose to use the legacy captcha. It's the old captcha, two words, simple. Not the retarded shit ReCaptcha now has.

Individuals rotate out of /lit/ due to newfriends posting their "1984 BLEW MY MIND CATCHER IN THE RYE NEXT" threads
Oldfags are accessible through goodreads networks.
>>9304383
Well 1984 and Brave New World dichotomies were posted every single day back in 2012.
It was a brutal time. That said, there was certainly more discussion about books. I just lurk for the laughs now.
