What is the age equivalent of "androgyny"?
That is, what do you call it when you cannot reliably determine a person's age, or when someone acts like an age different than their own?

If you want the same kind of coordinating construction, like old-new, it would be
> neogeriatric

aage?

PS.
Not 'acting your age' would be something like
> diselikia
Depending on how you want to Anglicise the Greek ending; it could be 'diseliky'.

Ageless? Not in the sense of "enduring eternally" but literally "without age."
>when someone acts like an age different than their own?
Depends on what age they actually are. If they're a kid, they would be precocious, if an adult, juvenile.
