If you think there's nothing happening in Catch 22 and everyone is pretending, you should probably leave /lit/ and go back to wherever you came from.

I'm not even a huge fan of the book but it's awfully easy to follow what's going on. If you wanna use such a brainlet argument for dismissing a book, at least go with GR or Women & Men since those are actually hard to follow.
