Are any other Dune books worth a read? Books like Sisters of Dune, Heretics of Dune, etc.

The 5 by Frank are the only ones

I was able to read the second one, Messiah, but the 3rd one already was unbearably boring.
First 3 AT MOST is all I can really suggest.
4 if you're really into it.
You'd be fine with just reading the first two, though.
Dune and Dune Messsiah are the best imo.

read the ones he wrote, unless they bore you before the end, which they might
do not touch any of the brian herbert/kevin j anderson ones. they're garbage fanfic.

Read up to God Emperor. That's the best in the series.

Reading the second one atm. Not bad so far.
The first four tell a complete story from what I've heard, so I'll probably end up reading at least that far.
this should be in the sticky.

some of those books have been written, and some of them are jokes. guess which?
i really want to see a film based on the life of Norma Cenva, but the Norma Cenva described in the Dune Encyclopedia and not the shit-tier one Kevin J Anderson foisted on us.
