What should I read now?
Absalom, Absalom for the most brilliant thing Faulkner ever did. It's basically schizophrenic rambling to someone unfamiliar with his style.

Bro, take a couple minutes and breath. Enjoy and reflect for a moment before diving into another. Y'know... let dinner sit before dessert. Maybe go for a walk for have a smoke or something.

Of course I'm not gonna start reading another thing right now in this moment after reading the adventures of a retard that is always reminiscing (not talking about Benji)
Either Absalom, Abasalom! or As I Lay Dying. Absalom is god-tier epic in it's writing and scope. Be prepared.

Oh. Shit. My bad. I see what you mean there.
After a book like that, I usually go for something older and less demanding. I'll usually turn to Dickens and reread something that I like.

If you want a quick easy read before you tackle Absalom Absalom!, check out Faulkners short story The Bear. It's one of the best things he's ever written.
I don't know, omensetter's luck or something
