Is this book the equivalent of those facebook pictures with pointless quotes superimposed onto landscapes?

It has been discussed without having been discussed.
At least offer an opinion if you are starting a new thread, you spastic fag. Sage. Get cancer.
When I was at my university accommodation last year, I licked my Chinese housemate's anus while she read that book to me.
this is a really awesome book, but i didnt get much out of it without other writers giving more explicit descriptions/contexts. which is funny because the whole point of the tao is that it cant be forced, and trying to describe it in explicit terms totally counts as forcing.
thoughts?

It's an interesting book. Makes you think.
However, some things have to be understood in regards of the time it was written, e.g. Lao Tzu was very dissatisfied with the politics and so he somehow glorifies the good old times a bit too much.
