fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. top comment award
PS I didn't get this book. Found the prose kind of plain. Plot was okkkk. I felt like it wasn't entirely critical of colonialism, in that the British cared for some of the retards that the natives had ostracised. The native society was pretty brutal. Was it supposed to be anti-colonialist? 3 stars from me.
