One day I stumbled into my art history class early, and this was sitting on the desk I usually sat in. At the end of class, I lingered around, and no once claimed it, so I took it.
Had it ever since, it's a great reference book for pretty much anything related to modern art theory/writing/criticism.
It costs 60 dollars, which is pretty cheap for a text book, but it's got no images and is printed on extremely thin paper, kind of like a cheap bible.
