I don't normally make threads so I have no idea how to format this without looking pompous. So, I will not format this at all. I have write a 6 page interpretation of a myth or story, it just has to be done using an allegory. Greek or Mesopotamian myth would probably be easiest, since that is the course's focus, but it really doesn't matter.
Please give me a suggestion.
Note that folk tales, legends, and so on are all classified under 'myth' in this context. For example, I could write on a known historical figure becoming mythologized and draw connects between that and what we are discussing now with Heracles.

What is the relationship between the two characters in the picture? I don't think I've ever seen them together before. Does the white guy have a name?

What would be the goal of your interpretation, then?

I'd probably interpret it as ancient authors or priests attempting to humble their monarchy through building him up, only to tear him down.
I've only read secondary sources on the text, but the text itself isn't long at all, I don't think at least.
There is no goal. This is a first-year course that I'm only taking as a formal introduction to mythology. The intent of this essay project is to display one's comprehension of a systematic allegory.
