Unironically? Infinite jest. How that guy got all of life between two covers I'll never know. All I know is I'm a way way better person than I was before I read it. It was hard sometimes, but realizing the truth about literally everything was bound to require some hard work. I imagine Wallace made it as easy as he possibly could. I still look back on reading it and all I can say is Wow.... wow...
