Reading usually inspires me. When I feel uninspired it's often when I'm not reading. So when it happens I go back to a book or story that had an impact on me...one of those books or stories that never forget and every once in a while think about.
Other times I just force myself. I like to go to languageisavirus.com and use some of their prompts.
Very /lit/ site. Poke around and get inspired.
Awful taste in color
I'd love to give advice - but there's no real point as everyone is so different and I've got no idea what's going on in your life. Some writers, like Henry Miller, joked that inspiration was a bother, and they couldn't wait for it to pass. Others like Balzac could write a book in one night (aided by a million cups of coffee and a need for cash). So - yeah.

Do you know already what you need to write, but just can't muster up the energy to sit down and do it? If so, change your routine, take a walk, light a candle. Serious.
