No. It's a gross combination of DNC platform talking points, mediocre work by long-established authors, pointless interviews with new authors, and ads aimed at middle class rubes who desperately want to be something else.
I had a subscription to it for a few months and there was plenty of interesting non-political content.
There is only one short story per issue, if that's what you are interested in. I don't think the short stories were very good, but some of the long form journalism was interesting.
It is annoying that they try to sell an intelligent, classy, literary image to their subscriber's.
