There's nothing "deductive" to be gleaned from e.g. the exact number of millions who starved during the Great Leap Forward. "If Communists kill millions, then they are not human," is not a deduction, it's a value (quality) judgement. "If all bachelors are unmarried, and Tom is a bachelor, Tom is unmarried," is a deduction, albeit a simple one. You can't "deduce" things from empirical evidence without all parties first agreeing on a system of formal logic, which Hoppe himself states, so he makes his own criticism invalid by his admissions. His entire system of "argumentation ethics" boils down to "If you don't agree with me, you're wrong." This is why no one takes him seriously.
