So, there are a lot of videos and articles about writers and their perfect enviroments to write. But how about writers who wrote under extremely stressful enviroments or contexts (no a bad day or a broken heart, but an awful enviroment).

I think environment is an excuse.

What if it's too painful to write? Does one have to be over the emotions of recalling of a memory in order to write about it? Any advice for either?
