Who else /e/lit/ist?
in long gone summery daylight my pops used to say to me, that, 'true art is inherently elitistic'. and so i under the weight of a blooming oedipus complex rejected the idea in all stride as much as i embraced and manipulated before embracing seemingly divergent banners like marxism or art as people's spiritual patrimony and later post-structuralism which was like the universal method of subversion and debunkment at one time. though, as i grow old i feel more and more inclined to agree with my pops, and it is humiliating to my ego, to witness how i unconsciously revere the figure of my pops and how i unconsciously vilified it in my youth (both of which after all as the same thing) and how i'll remain clutched by his foul breath and scandalous slippery house slippers until i die despite him being dead already
