Just look at the contents of the Summa and then pick out a chapter that interests you.

I like Aquinas but it's always the same shit with the scholastics, just read some bits here and then and you have a good impression. I like the parts on angels a lot, they're realling interesting theologically.

Oh, and unless you are an expert on Aristotele and medieval theology read along with indepth commentary or else you will miss all the references.

Honestly, unless you're willing to put a lot of effort into it, you should just read Feser's introduction and maybe his book on Scholastic Metaphysics, and Kreeft's Summa of the Summa. They'll tell you what he thinks but will also give you the context you'll need if you're unfamiliar with the scholastics and with Aristotelian philosophy.
