He got it very wrong. Fahrenheit 451 will be the closest we will get to a dystopian novel
This.
why do the mods keep deleting all the threads?
BNW was way more about eugenics than "entertainment is our oppressor" whatever. i guess people take away what they relate to, so it seems "prophetic," but the central focus of the book is on the manipulation of life and the caste system built upon it

this is cherry picking garbage. 1984 downplayed it compared to BNW, but there was a lot of mindless entertainment/bread and circus shit going on in there. julia writes for a porn division if i remember correctly, and winston's last scene is him drinking in a pub -- much more barebones in that world, but still present. this cartoon completely misses the "nuance" of two pretty ham-fisted books.

Trump is only the perfect representation of the think and culture of the people in his respective country (EEUU), as all the presidents in the world

We're not living in the Huxley dystopia. If we was living BVW I would be very happy because at least majority would be right instructed and educated. Instead, even in self-called 1st world countries, the uncultivated level is critical and in everyone still exists marginality, injustice and corruption, and (more depressing) a cinical idiocy on the front of the governmental power.

Because they're nonsensical and boring.
And now... HUXLEY VS. SHAKESPEAR
tomorrow... WILSON VS. MOORE
AND THEN... PYNCHON VS. TOLSTOY
