That's not how the übermensch works. The point is that there have never been any übermenschen before because man must be overcome.

But it doesn't even matter to prove you wrong since the übermensch is not an important concept in Nietzsche (at least not nearly as important and people who have never read him make it seem). It is a facet of one of his books and is only brought into the equation to bring the reader to more profound concepts.
