Again I ask...where is all the stuff he was writing for the last 30 years? Joyce Maynard (among others) saw him writing and locking it up every day. The publishers said it would start being released in 2015 or 2016. So far, not even a posthumous postcard. WHERE ARE MY NEW ESMES? REEEEEEEEEEE
