Twelfth Night. I'd say Othello or 1 Henry IV just to get easy points, but TN's the play I reread and rewatch most often, along with Troilus and Cressida. Feste's by far my favourite of Shake's fools, and every element that Shakespeare reuses (twins, cross-dressing, marriage plot, upstairs/downstairs) he outdoes. The fact it was written/performed right before Hamlet means he was already ramping up and refining his craft.
