Look I know Im a literally pleb but I want some genuine self help books. Not the 4 hour workweek not any tony robbins no eckhart tolle no bullshit. Just straight shooters explaining development methods

Let's get some positive, empowering literature then. Not OP, but I want to get into reading things (nonfiction as well) that will give me practical knowledge so I can make my life better. I'm down for anything: self-help, Greek philosophy, anything honestly.
