Can someone sum up anti fragile?
>>9090621
Embracing stressors and randomness is good if you can become stronger from them
>>9090636
is the answer to that diversifying risk?
>>9090621
fitness programs should consist of heavy compound lifts (such as the deadlift) and you should focus on improving your 1 rep max with each gym session
>>9090710
>1 rep max as focus

uuuuhhh yes and no. That is an aspect of it but not the whole thing. It is all about learning to account for what you can't know. Things will happen that you won't even know to prepare for and you have to be ready for it anyway. Being antifragile means you accept risk, embrace risk and are prepared for the consequences (including unknowns).

Hop in faggot we're getting antifragile

Design systems to avoid fragility as much as possible, and attempt to be robust and antifragile when possible, either in yourself or society.
Economy is kill in long term since the system is fragile. Be aware that you WILL blow up if you're invested via fragility in the economic system.
Design most of your personal life system with a barbell strategy: 90% extremely safe and stable choices, 10% high chance of failure+small chance of massive success risks. Take risks that have small loss but potentially massive gain. No stupid shit like skydiving which has low gain, small catastrophic risk.
Look for optionality: common small loss, but potential rare massive gain.

It would be extremely painful
I don't want to ruin my back. Db rows are good enough for me.
