極道倶楽部 gokudoukurabu, 極道 (gokudou) according to my dictionary meaning "wickedness, evil, wrongdoing, organized crime, yakuza", kurabu means club

人生大学 jinseidaigaku as >>9072372 said, it uses and older form of 学 for some reason

青春学部 seishungakubu (My best guess) "youth/adolescence club"

It's calligraphy, usually they use old forms of characters in calligraphy because it looks fancy.
