I really liked Orwell's writing style, and I was wondering if he had any novels that were written like pic related, but didnt have that much of a political message

He wrote like that on purpose.

He wrote in a such a way the most uneducated working man could understand his writings. That was his intention.

I think what you're looking for is called the plain style (as opposed to the ornate style).

Read Anglo-American books from 1940-1960.
