Don't read in your bed. You have to find a spot that is comfortable, but not one which your body associates with sleep.
Find a good chair or couch.
three possible reasons
1. your posture is poor
2. your eyesite is poor
3. your attention span is ruined by the internet
for 1, stop slouching. maybe try proper full or even half lotus
for 2, get em checked loser
for 3, limit shitposting to one hour per day

Got sis to post on an anonymous site

>get enough sleep
>read as a 'primary' activity, like, read during the day, not in bed, 15 minutes before sleeping
>read consistently, everyday, even if just 5 pages, then increase with time
>read something you WANT to read
>alternate between reading standing up and seated
>if start to get sleepy, jerk off, eat something, wash your face, stretch
>post high quality threads about the book to inspire you

I had a dream where I and a stranger owned the same book. As in, it was a single book in two places at once. My house and her house. So I'd slide notes inside, and she'd get to read them. It was pretty fucking sweet.

Cool dream mate
How can you fall asleep during reading? It's not a passive activity. At some point you have to put the book away and lay down your head.
I suggest mindfulness meditation if you are not present enough in your own existence to the point that you involuntarily stop being awake.
