I'm a fan. Marabou Stork Nightmares is a great book, same with Trainspotting and The Acid House. I recently read his Bedroom Secrets Of The Master Chefs though and it just felt like Irvine Lite, just all rehashes of his old ideas and not much substance.

trainspotting is one of my very favorite movies, watched it A LOT, then decided to look for the book and for my surprise found skagboys and porno. read those three and enjoyed them a lot, especially skagboys. its not a literature masterpiece but I loved reading it
