is right. The vast majority of users are furries, literal communists/socialists/fringe activists, or some other white European nobody. Most of them speak English anyway making Esperanto useless for its intended purpose. China puts out a state-run Esperanto newspaper which is interesting but the sentence structures aren't usually SVO which makes it a headache to read.
