On goodreads, for instance, you can comment on each review and this is where other people can defend or thrash said review. That's about all you can hope in terms of "reviews of reviews" and I don't think anything more than that would be practical.

To add to this, you can think of any thread on this board that asks for opinions about a book and where anons call each other in turn retarded as a long string of reviews of reviews, if you will.
