What are the best Dostoevsky translations in English?

Marian Schwartz is a good Russian Translator as well.

There's been a lot of these threads lately. Opinion is divided about P&V.
As for me, I enjoyed McDuff's Crime And Punishment. The same translator has done a few of Tolstoy's shorter works for Penguin as well, e.g. The Cossacks, The Forged Coupon.

It's a meme to hate on P&V (I bet most people hating on it haven't even compared P&V with other translations, never mind the original), but I recommend P&V.
You'd be wise to do your own research though. See which one you like best.

I have read Anna Karenina twice. P&V was clunky as fuck to read. Schwartz' translation was like reading a whole new book -- far superior.
