Only one I have read was JK rowling, but it was so long ago and I was a child. It was good as a child but I am afraid if I read it now I will see that it was shit.

Sure, I'll bite. I am currently reading Life and Fate. Apart from it being quite an obvious War and Peace ripoff (it names War and Peace and Tolstoy multiple times during the book) I am actually enjoying it a lot. It's refreshing to not dwell on a single character for too long.
"Their simply inferior" Woah, dude, take care, not going to have a triggered Tumblr chick near.
Compulsion by Meyer Levin. Writing is fine, plot is interesting enough. Not spectacular, but a good read.

Just finished The Birth of Tragedy and will finish Notes from the Underground tonight. They go well together and I wish I read em ten years ago.
The Once and Future King
it's comfy af, a bit low level, but fun. A bit like an anime for the third eye.
