Are you a pleb? Be honest

No, but the old man in your pic is.

I wouldn't be here if I wasn't
Yes, sorry
>>8944957
Yes. Reading is a struggle because I'm too stupid to understand the underlying and overarching elements of a book. I walk away without having learned anything at all.
>>8944957
no but there sure are a lot of try-hards here
Well, kinda.
Yes but sometimes this board makes me feel like a genius

The spirit is patrician but the flesh is pleb.
Yeah. I mostly read pop-culture crap like Jim Butcher.
I get called a "pleb babby" a lot here
Absolutely.
I can't read. It's been a while since I grabbed a book and actually comprehended what was on it.
I can't focus. I can't finish a chapter. I get distracted a lot. I forget everything I read or I realise after a while that instead of reading I was just looking at the letters.
This, as you can imagine, has severly damaged my ability to acquire knowledge and such.

Yes.
>trying to read Moby Dick
>don't get any of the allusions
>every time I look something up on the internet I get sidetracked for hours
I want to read The Last Kingdom by Bernard Cornwell, so yeah, I am a pleb.

I'm not a pleb when it comes to film and literature.
Unfortunately, all the time I spent reading literature and watching films came at the expense of socialising/having a girlfriend/having an actual career/being an independent adult, so I guess you could say I'm a life skills pleb.
