We know almost for sure he could read Latin and Italian, and he could probably read French too. As for the other languages you mentioned, we have little evidence to show that he knew them.

Like most students at the time, I assume he would have been taught to pronounce Latin as if it were English, which causes Latin poetry to lose its meter when read aloud. The study of Latin meter was thus more of an abstraction. So I'm not sure.
