God tier---> shit tier

the novel is the weakest form of art, its greatest function is that it can be a vehicle for political/ social commentary in the form of a lesson and that it requires, almost totally, middlebrow English. Poetry has more in common with music and painting, the novel has more in common with film, television, advertising. It's garbage.
