What is the best edition of The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire?

LOL FUCKING PEPE AND FEEL MAN xD
>>8866006
>getting triggered by 4chan memes
>on 4chan
Next you're gonna call me a "frogman" and tell me to "go back to /pol9k/", right?
>>8866006
Feel man is the most patrician of memes.
>>8866012
So you have a frog folder and spend time on /r9k/ and /pol/. Then I think we'd all be better off you went there and focused on talking about the size of labia and the latest Hollywood movie featuring black people instead

Why do you derail every thread like this? It's not even amusing at this point. I strongly suggest you go back to plebbit.
The David Womersley edited version is widely regarded as being the definitive version.
My Allen Lane 3 volume (unabridged) set from the 90s is very nice. I believe the current Penguin printing is the same as this one based on page count.

All other threads are derailed by frogmen, so why not
>>8866034
>implying other threads are derailed by frogmen and not redditors getting assblasted at frogmen
>>8866040
>everyone who doesn't subscribe to 'redpillery' is a plebbitor
Makes you think

Thanks m8. Would a first time reader be better off reading an abridged/edited version or the whole thing?
>>8866053
I don't read abridged stuff myself (I've got too much free time) but from everything I've heard, the Penguin abridged version by Womersley would be acceptable, since it apparently maintains the footnotes and chapters without butchering them too much.
