What is your absolute favorite book?
Mine is Bizancio because it's the adventure of a monk named Aidan going to constantinopla and it's filled with dangers and more adventure, and by the end you feel the nostalgia along with the character. Better than any D&D book ever.

Recommend Laurus and The Name of the Rose

The Third Policeman

The Name of the Rose I have read and it's good but not as good as Bizancio
I like adventure novels!
Have you tried The Long Ships (viking shenanigans around the world), or Musashi (swordsman shenanigans) or Taiko from the same author (let's unite Japan shenanigans), or even all of Moers' Zamonien books?

Silence by Endo is on the same lines

I read it earlier this year, really fun. Where should I progress from with O'nolan/flann now?

Which one is the best, I don't have time to read all that

The Long Ships, the other two are pretty pulpy.
