Do you keep a journal, planner, or diary? I personally have one of these and use it to organize myself better, and to have a written record that I can reflect back at, in the future.

Yeah, I keep a journal. I never date an entry, just write shit down. I'm actually satisfied how I better myself from 10 months ago. I read my first entry for the first time a week ago and said to myself "what a fucking pussy I was then", it helps, it really does
I just feel like making myself a schedule is cucking myself. When I make myself a schedule and then delete it I feel a huge sense of freedom .
